Returns and Refunds

Pre-loved Items

Due to the nature of the consignment, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you are not happy with the condition of all the pre-loved items. Please expect general wear if the item that you are purchasing is pre-loved/vintage and buy the item accepting its vintage/used state. Please note all sales are final with pre-owned/vintage items, unless the item is faulty or unusable.

Brand New & Reworked Items

For brand new & reworked items, we will accept returns within 48 hours of you receiving your item. Any time over 48 hours we will presume you want to keep the item and the refund will not be accepted. Please notify us in writing, by email within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected]

If a product is faulty or if you are in doubt regarding authenticity and have proof from a trusted, professional authentication company or organization, please notify us in writing via email within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected] and we will offer 100% money back for authenticity.

We cannot be held responsible for any items or products lost in transit.

For faulty or damaged items, where this is not photographed or detailed in the condition description, we will offer a full refund of the original purchase value and shipping costs once it has been returned to us for inspection.

In the case of, if a return/refund has been accepted by us, the item/items should be in the same condition as when purchased (the product has not been worn and is free from any new defects or odors). The item/items is returned with its original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging. It has been received by us within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds can only be made to the original cardholder of purchase and once the item has been returned to us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and all delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within five days upon receipt of your returned item. We will update you with an email to let you know that we have received it and are processing the return. After you have received this email, please allow a further 10-15 days before your account is credited.
